Alma Del Pueblo Update - Steel Frames Up at Site

The construction at Alma Del Pueblo continues to move along at a rapid pace!  After laying the groundwork, the construction team has begun placing steel frames at the site, and you can clearly see what will soon be the Santa Barbara Public Market, slated to open in August.  You can also see the various quadrants of the building going up, and our hard hat tours will begin in the near future for our buyers who are in escrow. Yes, that's right. Multiple units are already in escrow, so don't wait until the project is built to select your unit! You can drive by the site at Victoria x Chapala to check out the progress, and feel free to stop in our sales office for a visit at 1321 State Street. The time has come for the 2013 Santa Barbara Million Dollar Raffle!  With every ticket purchased, you have a shot at winning a million dollar home and tons of other great prizes.  The proceeds go to the Contemporary Arts Forum (CAF) and the Village Properties Teacher's Fund, so even if you don't win the $1M home or the fabulous prizes (which we hope you do!), this is still a great cause to be involved with.
